TO FUTURE HOME OWNERS!

I would like to encourage you to use Barb Savoy and Rick Pacella as your Real Estate agents!  This was the first house that I have bought on my own, and I was terrified because I am not at all informed when it comes to real estate and mortgages.  Both Barb and Rick made me feel at ease and explained each detail to me so I could make an informed decision.  They pointed out many things that I needed to consider when looking for a home and helped me narrow down my choices.  They were at all of the inspections, and walk throughs.  At the time of the actual signing of my closing documents, I was in the hospital and Barb arranged for me to sign the papers from my hospital bed, while Rick attended to the final details and picking up the keys to my new home!  I had friends that were purchasing a house at the same time that did not have near the positive experience with another realtor.

My experience purchasing a home could have not been more enjoyable.  From the time I decided to buy, and met with Rick and Barb, to the time I moved in was over a year.  I purchased a home under construction and there were construction delays for concrete and weather.  In that time never once did I have a question that wasn't answered or a call that wasn't returned.

Barb and Rick were absolutely fantastic agents to have.  I was being moved for the second time in one year for a new job and had to sell my house quickly before my move.  They made the process very easy.  I was unhappy with the realtor who had sold me my place, and was so happy to stumble upon Barb and Rick.

They put my house up for sale in the increasingly tough Phoenix condo market and worked with me every step of the way to help my house get sold as quickly as posssible.  There were 17 condos for sale in my development alone in Northeast Phoenix and they were able to have mine sold in a very quick time frame before I left for my new job.  Other condos have been on the market for a few months.

What I liked most about Barb and Rick was the feeling that they really cared about me and my wishes.  They were available whenever I called, which was quite often.  They even arranged to have my garage doors adjusted, which originally did not pass inspection.  They also provided me with a futon to sleep on the last few nights in my place since I had movers coming early to pack and move my stuff. 

I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking for compassionate and effective real estate agents.
